This makes it easier to keep track of ongoing jobs and quickly spot anything that might need attention.
How the Report Works
The report is generated for a chosen date range
Each row represents one job
Only jobs within that time period will appear in the report
What You’ll See
Each job includes the following information:
Job Details
Job No – A unique reference for the job
Job Title – The name of the job
Job Type – The job category (if set)
Job Status – The current stage of the job
Progress
Tasks – Shows how many tasks are completed (e.g. 0 of 1)
Completion % – A quick view of how much of the job is done
This gives you an instant snapshot of progress without needing to open each job.
Assignment
Assigned To – The user currently responsible for the job
Time Tracked
Total Time Spent – The total time logged against the job
This helps you understand how much effort has gone into each job so far.
Costs & Value
Job Cost – Your internal cost for completing the job
Job Value – What the job is worth based on tasks, parts, or pricing
Looking at these side by side can help you get a feel for how profitable a job might be.
Things to Keep in Mind
Progress is based on tasks, so jobs with no tasks may show 0% complete
Time will only appear if it has been logged against the job
Costs and values depend on what has been added to the job at the time
If nothing has been entered yet, values may show as 0.0
