Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Sunday 1st March

WorkPal will be temporarily unavailable on **Sunday 1st March from 23:00** while we perform scheduled cloud database maintenance.

What this means

  • The WorkPal desktop platform will be unavailable during this time.

  • The WorkPal mobile app will continue to function as normal.

  • Any data created in the mobile app during the outage will be safely stored in the Outbox.

  • Once the desktop platform is back online, all stored data will automatically sync as normal.

What you need to do

To avoid disruption, we recommend:

  • Creating and sending any required jobs to mobile devices before 23:00 on Sunday 1st March.

We expect the maintenance window to be brief and will restore full service as soon as possible.
