What this means
The WorkPal desktop platform will be unavailable during this time.
The WorkPal mobile app will continue to function as normal.
Any data created in the mobile app during the outage will be safely stored in the Outbox.
Once the desktop platform is back online, all stored data will automatically sync as normal.
What you need to do
To avoid disruption, we recommend:
Creating and sending any required jobs to mobile devices before 23:00 on Sunday 1st March.
We expect the maintenance window to be brief and will restore full service as soon as possible.
