Overview
WorkPal can automatically send salting service notifications to site email contacts.
Any email address entered in the Billing Email field for a site will receive automated salting notifications. Multiple recipients can be configured if required.
Scheduled Salting Notification
A notification email is automatically sent when:
A salting job is generated in WorkPal Desktop.
All configured salting trigger conditions have been met.
The job is successfully created.
The email advises recipients that a salting visit has been scheduled for that day.
Information Included
The notification contains:
Site address
Service notification details
Service provider contact information
Note: This email is sent automatically by WorkPal and does not require any user intervention.
Salting Completion Notification
Once the salting visit has been completed, a second notification email is automatically sent to the same Billing Email recipient(s).
Information Included
The notification contains:
Site address
Confirmation that the salting service has been completed
Date and time of completion
Service provider contact information
Note: This email is generated and sent automatically when the salting job is marked as completed.
Important Information
Notifications are sent to the email address(es) configured in the site's Billing Email field.
Multiple email addresses can be configured where several contacts require notifications.
The same recipients will receive both the Scheduled and Completed notifications.
If no Billing Email address is configured, no salting email notifications will be sent.
These notifications are generated automatically and cannot be manually issued from WorkPal.
